If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, scrub caps are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Incorrect sizes or preferences
• Change of mind
• Normal wear and tear
• Orders with incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

Refund Approval

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
